Shipping Policy

Before placing your orders, please read the following shipping policy carefully. Once you have placed your orders, you agree to our shipping policy.

1. At present, the delivery service of this website is limited to Taiwan. Shipping within Taiwan: home delivery and in-store pickup (7-11 and Family Mart).

2. For home delivery: after your order is processed, your packages will be delivered to your address within 2 - 3 business days generally. If you miss a delivery, you will receive a call from the driver to reschedule the delivery date. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct phone number.

3. For in-store pickup: once your package is ready for pick up you will receive an SMS pick-up notification. If you fail to collect the package within 7 days of its arrival and it is returned to the seller, the corresponding order will be canceled with a refund process initiated. We regret to inform you that a second shipment will not be arranged.

4. For overseas shipping when the service is available: shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout based on your option of [Country/ District].

5. Import fees could be charged for overseas shipment. The payment you make on our Website does not include import fees. Duties and taxes are calculated and levied based on the laws and customs regulations of the destination into which the products are being shipped.

6. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse to pay, your package could be returned.

7. Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, international deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. You can track your package with the tracking number in your order confirmation email.
