Overseas orders are not eligible for return due to high international shipping fees and long processing time. Please review your order carefully before placing one.

 

Return Policy In Taiwan:

1. If the product received is damaged, flawed or there are any accessories missing, please refer to [Contact Us] page and contact us via email for arranging your return. We will promptly process your request.

2. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. However, items that are not eligible for return include entertainment products (i.e. Album). 

3. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging.

4. For the following conditions, your rights to return goods may be affected:

• The original packaging, tags, and/or labels are damaged or removed.
• The product is damaged, changed and has partial loss.

5. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt until our return processing is completed.
